Impossível, o script sempre vai te fazer perder alguns fps. Pra diminuir isso diminua os aspectos visuais do script. Mesmo assim ele realiza milhares de calculos por segundo usando sua CPU.

Devs need to be able to see what anti cheat will be running in it. But for sure there will be cheats, but not the old ones for CS:GO. Valve itself announced that CS2 will remove the tickrate system making the CS2 more client side, with this change Valve HAS to implement a brand new anticheat.

O script faz seu jogo pesar. Seu PC não é dos melhores não é? Tente desativar o máximo de opções visuais possíveis. Mas mesmo assim ainda consome alguns fps por rodar em background fazendo cálculos etc.
