spoofer error

I'm new to the forum and maybe I'm doing something wrong. When using Forum Spoofer I receive the error: Load failed! And then I have this error in the other cmd: What do I do?

My two ID's got banned even after using the spoofer and safe version from memoryhacker's team. Now I don't know should I use this trick anymore or should I wait for the next update from MH's team. I think I know the stage/step/position where I get banned, I am going to share here, It may help...
