How many forums can you comment in apart from the English forum? Is it forbidden here to assist others in other forums speaking different languages?

I'm Just going to the forum language which I know , such as english section and philippine section and I'm making messages as far as I can . rememberit has 1mi. Only cooldown before you can send a message again, then it's up to you if you gonna make a message or nah as far as you are following the rules then there's no problem at all. In addition it not a mistake to assist some violators here about they using another language it should be individually deleted by moderator that's what I've observed.
