I'm Just going to the forum language which I know , such as english section and philippine section and I'm making messages as far as I can . rememberit has 1mi. Only cooldown before you can send a message again, then it's up to you if you gonna make a message or nah as far as you are following the rules then there's no problem at all. In addition it not a mistake to assist some violators here about they using another language it should be individually deleted by moderator that's what I've observed.
