I have been trying creat account on QQ, and We chat but i'm outside China and Asia area, someone here can creat an account for me QQ or we chat please, It always ask for someone scan your qr code or ask friends to help you with registration, i dont have any friends from Asia, i AM just trying play Dragon ball by tencent and there have we chat and qq logins, i'm very aprecciated if some 1 could help this poor guy!
