You could either use a spoofer which loads its driver at startup before Vanguard or replace most of your components in pc with fresh windows reinstall + new Riot account
We dont have enough public information on what Vanguard specifically tracks and bans but they definitely ban your drive, motherboard and ethernet card + registry keys
