I'm actually using a private undetected 200 € per month cheat limited to 5 slots ( full actually )
And i can tell you that the cheat got detected even if it's private . We got raped 1 time since beta .
( HWID ban )
Even if one day you bypass Vanguard , you will have to stay UD and this is harder ...

You could either use a spoofer which loads its driver at startup before Vanguard or replace most of your components in pc with fresh windows reinstall + new Riot account
We dont have enough public information on what Vanguard specifically tracks and bans but they definitely ban your drive, motherboard and ethernet card + registry keys
