This is my opinion: There's no better rappers, just the one's who sell or sold more. In terms of skill and knowledge, there's different types of way to go.. I think u may be asking for my fav rapper, It's not an artist, but is a group of 5 artists, it's called Dealema, they are from Portugal, 4 rappers and one DJ, DJ goes, Mundo segundo, ex-peao, Maze and Fuze, their knowledge and skill is giant. You should try to ear one music and the translated lyrics at the same time and obverse how they say what they say and the amazing flow and skill.. Try to ear: Dealema - Familia Malicia
