check how many watt consumption the bigger it is the better it is like if you take rtx 3050 with only 60w (on laptop mostly) and there's another laptop with gtx 1650 80w its beter to take 1650 with 80w because if you take 3050 60w the performance is nothing different with 1650 80w so be careful of this

Yes Rtx 3050 is worth the money as they are rtx series cards which is why you're paying extra money because they support ray tracing and are better than gtx 1650 4GB
