Honestly it depends on what games in what resolution u gonna play. Like if u wanna just play fps at 1080 144hz its more then enough

But going with a used Gpu is a huge risk i bought a used 1070 ti in 2018 it just got bricked after 6 months and it wasnt fixable

ı think there aren't many fps difference between the RTX 3500 and 1660 but many people believe that buying 3050 is more worthy than 1660 because of the dls feature.
