Why do people kept hating on Genshin Impact

It's getting frustrating as the player itself seeing the hate that game doesn't deserved. I know sometimes it's just memes, but some of it unironically hated it because it is cool to be hating it like his life depended on it. For me, I love every game. I even grew up playing all sorts of game, so I have nothing but love towards gaming. But what do you guys think, does the game deserved the hate or people just overexaggerating it?

Where is it happening? You're probably just interacting with haters, the genshin community itself is very good about this, I've been playing since launch and the only reason I saw people hating the game was because it's very repetitive (including me)

its a fun game actually and just won a ps5 award also razor is making something for the game so why hate ?

Gamers hate genshin for many reasons. One of them is that it is basically justa big grindfest. Most of my cousins play the game and when I overhear them it's just “Hey do you want to grind?” or “I really need to grind to get this artifact” I played the game myself for a few days and I hate it with a passion.

It's just the haters themselves, honestly. The game is boring because you have to wait a lot of time for new content and if it does come out, you'll have to grind your ass off. It's a good game though.
