What do you think about future games with Unreal Engine?

What do you think about the future games in Unreal Engine? And if people can aford a powerfull graphics card or not.

My friend has shown me some unreal engine videos and what this specific engine is kind of superior compared to other engines, Its dominating brotha, For the graphics cards maybe the prices will go down nobody knows
