How do you think Riot Games can better balance champions on future updates?

I think it's impossible to balance all 150 champions. This is why we have metas where only a certain percentage of champions are optimized/viable for the current trend.

Lucian is a soft counter to Samira. Poke with your Qs. Scorch and first strike are good to take cause she will never damage you first (unless her support is ashe or mf etc). Disengage with your E whenever she comes in. It's a bit of a skill match up, but with the script, you shouldn't be missing too many Qs anyway.

Lucian is a soft counter to Samira. Poke with your Qs. Scorch and first strike are good to take cause she will never damage you first (unless her support is ashe or mf etc). Disengage with your E whenever she comes in. It's a bit of a skill match up, but with the script, you shouldn't be missing too many Qs anyway.

Nice. Lucian is such strong carry agains almost anything...
