The loader keeps printing the following message "Files do not match,trying to download it again..." , and keeps looping until this message comes in "Something went wrong while trying to download files. Please close your antivirus program !", I don't have any anti-virus software.

Ain't no way im downgrading to win10 just for valorant radar, maybe when i get addicted to the game. but thank you anyways.

Like i expected it was a secure boot issue, apparently in win11 vanguard requires the secure boot option to be turned on.
