Problem with Jayce E Q

For some reasons when I play against Jayce and he uses his E Q or Q, my character just stands still or runs toward where his Q land. Can someone help me out with this? Thank you in advance!

u try turning on dodge circle skill, and skill Q danger level in evade to high

Any hero would do that playing against Jayce.

I turned off Evade for his Q and it still does that.

Sadly there is no fix evade isnt good agains this combo and its not canculating range with e q only q range so u gdt hit evervy time since evade is not doging since it thinks spell will not hit
