Champion Changes​

Buffs​

Akali

• Q damage boosted from 30-130 to 40-140.

Azir

• Q cooldown reduced from 14-6s to 12-6s.
• W ability power ratio increased from 0.55 to 0.6.
• W summon range expanded from 500 to 525.

Ivern

• Q jump logic adjusted.
• W on-hit damage now applies to allies.
• Enemies in brush now revealed.
• E now refreshes if no enemies hit.

Kalista

• Autos no longer miss when target leaves vision.
• Total attack damage on attack increased from 90% to 100%.
• Base AD and AD growth adjusted from 66 and 3.75 to 61 and 3.25. (Riot devs note: “This is a buff considering the passive”).
• Q and E damage increased to compensate for base AD changes.
• Health regen and growth boosted from 3.75 and 0.55 to 4 and 0.75.
• Base health increased from 574 to 600.
• E cooldown reduced from 14-8s to 10-8s.

Rek'Sai

• Tremors rate reduced from 1.5s to 1s.
• Passive max heal changed from 20-190 to 15-125 (+2-12% max HP).
• Q cooldown reduced from 4s to 4-2s.
• Q reveal duration reduced from 5s to 3s.

Renekton

• E cooldown reduced from 18-14s to 16-12s.
• R cooldown changed from 120s to 120-80s.
• R damage per second increased from 50-150 to 60-180.

Twisted Fate

• W cooldown standardized to 6s, down from 8-6s.

Nerfs​

Aurelion Sol

• E mana cost increased from 60-100 to 80-100.
• E ability power ratio per second reduced from 25% to 20%.

Amumu

• W base damage per second reduced from 20 to 14.

Aphelios

• Q attack damage per rank reduced from 5-30 to 4.5-27.

Jinx

• Attack speed growth reduced from 1.36% to 1%.

Tassel leaves

• Damage amplification increased from 0-15% to 0-20%.
• Health threshold for max damage increased from 20% to 30%.

Kraken Slayer

• Damage type changed from magic to physical.
• Damage formula adjusted from "20 + 60% Total AD + 45% AP" to "35-85 + 65% Total AD + 60% AP".

Moonstone Renewer

• Chain heal enhanced from 20-35% to 20-40%.
• Single heal increased from 15-25% to 15-30%.

Navori Quickblades

• Attack damage increased from 60 to 65.
• Ability haste reduced from 20 to 15.
• Mythic passive now gives 5 Attack Damage instead of 5 Ability Haste.

Static Shiv

• Energize damage increased from 60-170 to 80-190.
• Minion damage increased from 220% to 250%.

Nerfs​

Ardent Censer

• Bonus attack speed adjusted from 15-30% (based on ally level) to a flat 20%.

Echoes of Helia

• Healing per shard reduced from 20-100 (levels 1-18) to 20-100 (levels 6-18).
• Damage per shard adjusted from 30-200 (levels 1-18) to 30-180 (levels 6-18).

Galeforce

• On-hit damage decreased from 30 to 15.

Youmuu's Ghostblade

• Bonus Lethality reduced from 8-20 to 3-12.
• Haste lowered from 20 to 15.
• Distance per stack increased from 45 to 55.

Stormrazer

• Attack damage reduced from 55 to 50.
• Energize damage adjusted from "25 + 65% Total AD" to "15 + 60% Total AD".
