Valorant cannot run in windows 10 1607, please help

Valorant cannot run with windows 10 pro 1607 which a system requirement for Valorant radar (not private), a Vanguard error popped up telling that Windows 10 rs4 1803 or newer version of windows needed. Is there any trick to make valorant work in windows 10 pro 1607?
