The simplest way to become better at League would be just understanding the metagame. Coming from Dota your general moba mechs will be there so just understanding how waves work in league, general roam timers, objectives, etc will give you some rapid improvements. Also understanding itemization and getting a good feel for what most common champion abilities do.
