garen as everyone says, a friend climb to diamond with it, and use blitz for the runes, its an aplication, very helpfull

try garen if you dont use scripts, if u do, then play irelia, darius, you can use an extention called blitz to get the runes for each champ once you pick, very usefull

Btw, the best advice you'll ever get for this position.. Top lane is 90% about wave management, watch a video about it and improve that area (if you know when to freeze, when to push, when to recall... almost guaranteed you'll win the lane unless the other toplaner is good with the waves too)
