Itf it's acc ban then no impossible if it's hiwd ban that block you from entering acc then yes you can log in but if it's banned yeah you can't get it back

No lol, if you got your account banned then bye-bye skins.
You can never get it back, you can only play after 3-4 months of appealing with a brand new account. (I think not appealing is also acceptable.)

Yes you can use a spoofer to remove the ban or you can contact riot to help you get your ban removed

You clearly don't know how the ban system works. You also probably didn't cheat either because people have been getting suspended due to Third-party programs which is absurd and in my case, despite your response. I obviously cheated.

And Riot can easily Identify if you cheated or not, in some other cases people getting banned due to Third party programs they can easily look through it and if it's valid then easy unban.
