HWID means "Hardware Indentification", it usualy made of the serial number of your HDD, MOBO, CPU and things like that, the stronger the HWID ban is, the more serial numbers/physical indentificators they will have. As such, formating you computer, changing your IP, MAC adresss won't solve the ban issue.

it is not difficult to remove the hwid from valorant, but neither is it any spoofer that works, my friend only managed to remove it by changing his ssd that was the game
