If you exactly follow the enemy location and stop your vehicle whenever you find them on your radar then this might not be safe I think.

same here , even i didnt try safe version i just want to use esp , got frustated of 10mins ban in normal version , can anyone tell is it safe for esp ?

I don't think there is yet, and there will never be a 100%

For Safe Version I think it only use ESP. It help me alot, to improve Skills, and hearing. I only use lens red line.
And Plus don't aim your target to the enemy all times.
