for breakfast - egg and milk
for lunch - rice and chicken breast
for dinner - salad
note* drink water better than Soft drinks
- am not an expert but that is the most common things -

It might be very cheap in your country, but sadly it is not as cheap as that in turkey(like anything else). but good recipe tho

our meal will be rice omellete , before u say sounds nasty try it first



1- ready rice , make or buy ready microwaveable stuff

2- eggs

3- seasoning



1- add your desired amount of rice in a bowl , i add 1-1.5 cup with 2-3 eggs (Ready rice)

2- mix + add black pepper + salt , if u like soy just add a little drop

3- add butter in pan and add pour your mix , same as fried eggs

4- eat with spoon

5-bon apetiatotitet



ps: you can add bacon or sausages or whatever u want as extra flavor



big calorie meal with respected amount of carbs + protein



very cheap

I tried to make a great recipe but I couldn't escape the cost of inflation in my country but thanks for the recipe

At first I tried to do a clean bulk but it just isn't as efficient, especially when you dislike certain foods and groceries.. Found myself mostly grabbing cheat meals with high calories including fast foods, works as a charm as long as you go hard on yourself during the training sessions.

Building muscle on a budget is definitely possible, and it all starts with your diet. Here's a sample meal plan for a gym bulking meal on a budget:

Breakfast:

  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1-2 slices of whole wheat toast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1-2 cups of coffee or tea
Lunch:

  • 6 oz of grilled chicken breast
  • 1 cup of brown rice
  • 1 cup of steamed broccoli or other green vegetables
  • 1 apple or banana
Snack:

  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder
  • 1 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1 banana or other piece of fruit
Dinner:

  • 6 oz of ground turkey or beef
  • 1/2 cup of quinoa
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1 small salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and vinaigrette dressing
Before bed:

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup of almonds or other nuts

It really depends of each body, this does not work for everyone tbh.

I tried it, but there's too many calories in the meal. I prefer protein powder with a lot less caloric intensive meals. Works better for me
