Overclocking is usually only for experienced users, but you can still do it yourself by activating the manufacturer-saved profiles in main if main and cpu support overclocking.
ram: enable intel xmp or something similar with amd (docp, eocp ...)
gpu: look in the driver or use msi afterburner
If you have proper cooling it has no risk if you overclock in the range your hardware supports, but before that you need to know if your hardware supports overclocking
