its simple to this problem
1 = turn off virus protection
2 = turn off service update window
3 = press window + R = type = %temp% then delete all files and restart pc after restart then re turn off protection and its should working :bibakim:

Diable you firewall and any antivirus or protection that can be blocking the net request.

If your windows OS is outdated you may also want to install TLS 1.3

the pubg mobile trick you can use it from confirmed member If you have an error with pubg mobile it is because your antivirus or fiveral block the game deactivate it

running the newest version of windows 10...tried disabling every possible firewall but still doesn't worked
You have to make sure it is disabled. Using the Windows 10 interface, if I turn off firewall, close the interface and open again the firewall is on again. So it never disabled in the first place.

But I will supose you did not get that issue, I recommend making sure TLS 1.3 is enabled on your computer (it should be enabled by default on latest version of W10, but who knows) and updates you root certificates(they usualy updates automaticaly once peer month, but if you computer has gone a long time without connecting to internet they may be outdated). That is what I can recommend from your error, if nothing solves you will have to wait for a Support member to answer your thread.

Thank you for your time and dedication but tried all of this and it didnt work.. My windows recently got corrupted and instelled the new one with a hard clean every thing on the Hard Disk 1 was was deleted and new OS was installed...whereas gameloop was installed on Hard Disk 2...could this be causing the issue...do I have to hard reset the Hard Disk 2 too.?
It is not a issue with files, it is a issue with Connection.
