Just to confirm that you are using a desktop and your second screen is working not blank and black, right? So, is your second screen mirroring the first screen instead of extend?

The reason maybe the desktop or cable or monitor.
The fact that it is normal to connect more than 2 Screens to 1 PC. It depends on how much monitors your Graphic Card or Core GPU inside CPU like Intel UHD750 or AMD Vega 11 supports.

Firstly, you have to install and update the latest graphic driver.
Use win+X→Device Manager→display adaptor, you will know your GPU belongs to which (AMD/Intel/Nvidia), download the driver from their official website, please.

Secondly, you can link the monitor to the port (HDMI, DP, VGA, DVI) by cable accordingly on your motherboard or Graphic card. So you should check the quality of the cable, one screen one cable.

yes, I do understand but there is not anything u can do to make it like that. According to Microsoft, it's an error and it needs to be fixed. In some windows due to some issues, it occurs according to them.
