clear junk files, maybe format. If that not help, u have to upgrade the parts

Try to clear temp, %temp%, prefetch using run command periodically. And now windows 10 has a buid in feature to clear unnecessary files using free up storage feature. you can find this in setting > system. and remove unwanted application from your system. if it possible try to use SSD. this will boost your pc's overall performance.

try cleaning disk, antivirus scan, and maybe vaccum your computer fan,free up ram, disable useless apps on startup
