first have an alarm that motivates you to wake up not needed but its a good take second remember that you have a mission in this world and you need to you leave your bed as soon as that alarm goes on and you should also now that being combfterbal is not by staying in your bed but its in going to work or school becuase then you will feel like your doing something for your life and not just always sleeping thats it good luck!I don't know what the best way to wake up in the same two situations when I wake up in the morning or when I have a lot of work.
Alarms are not very ideal though. You should allow your body to get as much rest as it needsSet an alarm and get regular sleep. It helps.
