On average, I spend 2-3 hours per day on the internet. I mostly use that time to read, study, and chat with people. I also read a lot of interesting and thought-provoking articles that people share. I do try to strike a balance in my life, though, and make sure that I also have time for other activities like playing the drums and guitar, exercising and spending time with my friends and family. How about you?

I lose track of time when I'm online lol, but if I had to guess... probably like 8-10 hours a day? I'm embarrassed to admit how much I spend on my devices XD

3 - 4 hours, sometimes less than 3. I've been going outside, hanging out with friends, playing basketball overall touching grass. I highly recommend you to go outside if you're spending 8hrs and above because you're missing out
