Currently im using Alienware Aurora R3. this is old motherboard i believe.

May i know is there any way to boot UEFI using old motherboard? I need to change my drive to GPT because more than 2TB, but MBR partition can't recognize GPT Drive

Hello,
So when you are on the setup screen you must press Shift + F10. Then you must type diskpart then type list disk and see witch one is the one you are looking for. Then type select disk (the number of the disk you want to convert) and then when it's selected type convert GTP

You can actually install install UEFI boot manager on a legacy bios.
You can use
Bağlantıları görmek için lütfen Giriş Yap
for example, this will allow you to boot EFI sources. The way it works you will need a usb pendrive which has a legacy bootable partition (with Tianocore installed and configured) that will boot your EFI partition (Windows for example). You will have to keep the pendrive plugged in so that you can boot the EFI gpt partitions or bootloaders.

I have done this on couple of old legacy HP machines to get PCIe NVME working as a bootable drive.
