never be in the mentality of "my team sucks".
every game you will have different team mates, but the only constant is you. if you can slowly improve yourself and aim to have 0 mistakes gameplay (which is almost imposible, but getting close to 0 is what matters) then you can slowly improve your winrate.
two points for you
1. watch pro players play the game
2. watch your own games on 0.5 or 0.25 speed and keep asking yourself "what mistakes did i do this game and how can i stop it"
playing alot, will only improve your mechanical skill but not decision making.

i don't agree with this, if you don't take the time to analyze your mistakes. you will never know that you even had mistakes to begin with.
