i do daily workout at home but i get tired in 5 minutes
i just want to know we have to eat or do something else for increase strenght

u can take creatine if u tired so short time. do a cardio and runs. if u want to be stronger is the best thing a buy a gym membership. eat a protein and carbohydrates. track your calories and sleep least 8 hours
