I dont think there is a way to disable it but you can search it on google. And I am saying that is probably not going to work for you. But there is also aonother way you can make exclution folders and then moove the files that you want in there and windows defender wont detect them bc they are exlution folders
try to install another antivirus, that will disable windows defender
