So, what can i recomend if you are have phone addiction 1. delete Tiktok, youtube and instagram and any other programm if you understand that you are addicted to them . 2 Turn on black and white screen on your phone, it will get less pleasure to use it. 3. Get more vitamin D through the sun or tablets. 4 Do it gradually, dont need to rush to much it. 5(Not important) You can get rid of the music programs on your phone. Most important to never give up. when we find ourselves like this, we need outside help like therapy... sometimes we don't participate in spending time alone with our thoughts, we're always looking for something to entertain ourselves and it ends up creating a snowball, but it's never too late to change
