First of all, you don't have 600 messages which mean you can't play Valorant with cheats and you should low the graphics of the game to get better FPS.I was wanting to run valorant and use valorant's cheat, but I've run it with 30 fps, will that make the game not run?

For Valorant it's better to have a good processor and a good GPU than more RAM. Valorant it's not something open world or a game that needs to laod a lot of memory. You can play safely on 4GB RAM, but still, you can't use the cheat from memoryhackers as of now

no it will run but it will be hard to play cuz u need at least 60 fps cuz is a shooter game so fps is really important

This is true, but now Valorant is optimized. In the BETA it was so glitchy, laggy and it was stuttering even on high end pc. Now you can play freely on 4 gb of ram
you can play games But you can't use cheats because you have less than 600 comments.

4GB ram is for normal user not for gaming.

get a ssd and 4gb ram then turn off bg apps and use a software called memory reduct and see ur fps
