Well the way the bans work kind of implies not, as a perm ban for valorant looks like this:

Ares is the project name for valorant and the ban does seem to specify that it's only for Ares
I'd say it's quite unlikely that they'd ban across both games, but they may flag your account for being banned on another game and have that flag as a risk factor or something
