Farm creeps and try to be with your team more and spam ping jungler and also try to be more anoying

If you know you are getting camped or if u know enemy jgl and top are premades just make sure to ward or play under tower. You should be fine if they can't dive you. You can also ask your jungler to help you out and should be ez.
Try to play safe and play around with your jungler. As someone said previously recall timers are really important. Learn to manage the lane it will also help you not get tower dived if you can lane control well.
