Type this command optionalFeatures in the windows search box and press enter. Check the boxes I have shown with numbers in the window that opens and click OK. In the meantime, make sure your Windows Update settings are turned on for updates.

Change your DNS address to Cloud Flare DNS address. 1-1-1 -1 ---- 1-0-0-1 .
Turn off smart screen.
Update the system driver and driver.
If you are using a secure internet filter, turn it off.
If the problem is not resolved after these steps, downgrade your Windows version.
