I don't know if it is considered as "hack" but there are several No-Recoil scripts for Logitech mouses (and even non-logitech mouses). Apart from PUBG has a solid anti-cheat system even though it is blamed for having too many cheaters so finding a free hack is hard and be careful of malware.

If you have a bloody mouse or A4Tech there are some on this forum but other than that for non-logitech mice there are scripts known as "AHK" scripts and they are guaranteed ban. If I may ask which mouse do you have?

There were a cheat called sByte for PUBG Steam, but they stopped supporting it although it was one of the best cheats I've ever played with. I hope they work on updating it soon after PUBG Steam became free.
