If its not detected by task manager its not detected by windows check that angle and see if you can troubleshoot

try to update it from device manager

check or reinstall your GPU drivers and make sure you are downloading the correct ones
if still you can't see your GPU then maybe you might get mistaken and don't have any GPU on your device

Open Device Manager. On the video propertys thing, if you see your GPU it is okay you're good to go.
