Yes if you are a developer and develop a code just for you and never release for anyone. But you could also be manually banned for reports or pure coincidence by playing against someone important.

Today the 03.04.2023 came the first Banwave after 1 year and 8 months.
Very tragic we all knew the risks, I would recommend everyone who does not want to be banned the script first not to use.
Known Riot could also now return to their old system that they ban daily flagged accounts, or after each patch.
So yeah, we can only wait and see what will happen.
