It safe until Vanguard implementation in april on all servers. Wsreborn will stop working for PH server on 6 march 2024 because it will have Vanguard.
Hard to know but march 2024 is the last month with wsreborn working because of Vanguard in april on all servers.

Also, Leftspace mentioned on Discord that they won't do anything to bypass the Vanguard system; it's the end! Riot confirmed Vanguard in april here and player will accept it it on Valorant since 2020 just this will be new on league of legends and for wsreborn to work with Vanguard a major rewrite from scratch is likely needed because you cannot injection with Vanguard like custom skin is dead with Vanguard because it need injection
