14.6 is still on PBE and 14.6 is planned for Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from lol patch schedule. Wsreborn do not support PBE.

In the client it is still 14.5 but when entering the game it is 14.6
i dont play PBE

Why don't you go into the match while the screen is loading and see what version it is? BECAUSE IT IS 14.6

Looks like riot mistakenly patched to another server instead of pbe and it patched back to 14.5
