Anyone can make a script if you know the language of the code of whatever ur trying to make. There are tutorials out there or even better, releases of offsets for the game. You can start off by using open source projects from UC or GitHub.

In my opinion it is not necessary as much knowledge as yours. I think it will solve the difficulties that appear daily for users, those who don't have as much knowledge as yours.
