where do i enable prioritize champions in what setting?

well this is really hard and need alot of training targeting, prioritizing, using minions to get closer....

Keep an eye on the basic attack limit

there is an option in the game for (key bind) (attack move click) you should use that alongisde the regular right click in order to kite without even need to move your mouse to the enemy target, thus you get a much cleaner movement
Using attack move (A + click) is the best way to learn until you have enough APM to just right click.
Don't forget to enable "prioritize champions" after lane phase, so you won't waste autoattacks on the minions in a teamfight

i'm not using so, i use a keybind on "a" that i hit the next champion and walk, so its:
a+rightmousebuton+a+rightmousebuton+a+rightmousebuton+a+rightmousebuton+a
and target champions only on "x"
