-Remove the shortcut to the desktop
Click -Properties and type "C:\XboxGames\Payday 3\Content\gamelaunchhelper.exe" "-fileopenlog" where the target path is written.
-Run the game with gamelaunchhelper.exe, enjoy the mode, there is no menu, the settings will be loaded automatically.
