Clear - %temp% - temp - Prefetch files... Redownload the loader and try again.
The Issue Is about the windows i think if your windows is 11 the error will appear if windows 10 the error will not appear anymore
better to use windows 10 than windows 11 also clear the cache files properly. After that try to restart the computer and try again
Clear all files of temp and %temp% and prefetch and off defender Windows and off smartscreen and restart ur pc and re-download and try again
