And the first thing, install your drivers manually on the website of your motherboard, first install cpu z it will tell you all the details of your computer.
After that you will have a new computer playing 140 fps more!
If you have NVIDIA, update the driver and after that go to control panel and disable vSync and try to go high performance. I suggest you to check your power option and set it on ultimate performance too
my pc's settings are GTX 1660 Super, Ryzen 5 3600 with 16gb of ram and the drops here are in 10 only with the CPU cores reduced
try to configure that fps tab to see if it improves, in mine when i used it for the first time on this pc the fps was dropping a lot but dps i played the fps balance for 140 improved too
