I prefer a cat, as they are more independent, don't go for walks much, etc.

If you have alot of spare time to spend with your pet i suggest to get a dog otherwise just get a cat. Cats are quiet and low effort. Just give it food/water and it will do anything quietly unlike dog which you need to train

bro is the following dog needs more attention than a cat so if you're going to have time to walk and give extra attention go with a dog if you don't have much time go with a cat they are more independent of course you will still need to pay attention
