i think it cant be compared cuz they are fully different animal at all. one is just stays at home all day and sleeps like 8-12 hours in a day, the other one wants to walk outside every single day

Depends, if you want peace and quiet go with fish in a tank. If you want spicy calm with a touch of a tornado in it go with cats, if you feel like you have a lot of energy that needs to go somewhere and you need a buddy on your cardio runs go with dogs.
each has its own perks it depends on ur preference as dogs they are like a friend a clingy one who follows you and listen for order but they make a mess around

i would say a dog if u want to go out and take a walk with him, if u dont like that stuff then a cat
Dogs are better if you have a lot of time and want to feel loved 24/7 and cats are really good if you don't have time but want to have company when you are just sitting around watching tv and chilling mine always comes and lays on my lap when I'm laid back watching shows or twitch or on my desk when I'm gaming but my dog will sleep on my bed or under my desk and tires to lay on my lap but he's 45 pounds lol
